Finally Finished.....

Woo Hoo!!! Finally it is finished :)

I started this kit a few weeks before my daughter was born, She is now nearly 8 months old!
As soon as she was born the poor kit got left in a cupboard :(
I fianlly picked it back up a few days ago & have finally managed to finish it.
The kit is called Vervaco- Lips, It is beautiful shades of Black, Grey & White & stitched on 14ct White Aida. All together i think it took me about 3 weeks to create.

I have to say im quite pleased with the turn out!!

My Nails For Today.....

Here i am wearing CND- Girlie Pink, It is a beautiful dolly pink, I love the colour BUT not over keen on the application, It went on very streaky & took about 3 coats & you can still see some streaks in there :(

Nail polish for today... :)

This is my polish for today, OPI- PARLEZ-VOUZ. This is a really pretty Murky Purple colour, it looks very pretty on!

I was a little worried with the application as the 1st coat didnt go on very well, it was very streaky but after the 2nd coat it turned out well

This polish went on really well, i was nicely surprised, i could have got away with only 1 coat but decided on 2 anyway as polish always chips fast on my nails (yes they are my own nails not falsies lol) people ask me all the time if i have false nails lol!

I bit,chewed & ravashed my nails for over 17 years, believe me they were a mess, i still remember my dad making me wear gloves in the house to try & stop me biting them lol!

Anyway back to the polish, it covers really well & the brush is just the right size for easy application, i can say i will be buying more of these.... I do really like them
